Every session with Brygider & Co. includes a digital online gallery available for four weeks, unlimited downloads, and a full print release so you can print and share your photos however you’d like. All delivered images receive professional retouching to ensure a polished, high-quality finish. Each session also comes with a Session Guide that includes location recommendations, though some locations may require an additional fee.

Policies
Booking Requirements
50% deposit required at booking
Signed contract required to reserve your date & time.
Location waiver may be required.
Late Arrival
A $10 fee per 15 minutes late will apply
Late arrival will reduce your session time
Cancelations
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. If the client cancels their session within 72 hours of the scheduled time, all payments made — including the deposit and any remaining balance — are forfeited in full.
If I, the photographer, must cancel and a reschedule is not possible, the client will receive a refund only for any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Reschedules
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty due to rain, unsafe weather, illness, emergencies, or force majeure events outside of either party’s control. In these cases, the non-refundable deposit transfers to the new date.
If weather or force majeure prevents the session from happening and a new date cannot be agreed upon, any additional payments (beyond the deposit) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — but the deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
